Linmere class blog- 13/9/2019

This week in Linmere we have covered lots of new things. 

In maths we have focused on exchanging and the rules when adding multiples of ten to 4- and 6-digit numbers.

In literacy we have continued our work on Gorilla and have created sentences containing adverbs to describe how Hannah and the gorilla perform actions. We have also looked at creating text speech, to do this we have created sections of speech for an episode of Mr Bean.

In our topic we have looked at counties of UK and their compass points. We have also started to look at the salt trade in Winsford and how it influenced the history of Winsford.
