Linmere had a very exciting day out at Burwardsley on Thursday! In the morning, we discovered what it was like to live in an Iron Age Celtic Roundhouse. Afternoon activities included unearthing artefacts on an archaeological dig, making pots from clay and bracelets from string.

This week in Science, we have been fossil detectives, learning all about how fossils are formed. We are looking forward to finding out about a famous female 'fossil hunter' next week.
