It was lovely to award NumBots certificates and Readopoly tokens again on Monday. Thank you for supporting your child with their learning at home. 

What have we been learning about this week?

•  We used this paint app in our Computing lesson this week. We were practising the skill of using a trackpad to create lines and shapes https://paintz.app/
• In Geogrpahy we identified different weather types and tried to match suitable clothing for each. Lots of us found this tricky. You could support this by commenting on choice of clothing when helping your child select their clothes at the weekend. Why is it a good idea to wear a jumper today? Should we wear sandals or wellies and why? 
• We continued comparing numbers this week and moved onto ordering 3 sets of objects from greatest to smallest and smallest to greatest. 
• We had our second Break Dancing lesson with Cheshire Dance. Has your child been showing you their moves? Their back spins were very impressive. 
• In science we began our very first investigation. We want to know which type of card bridge is the strongest. We will be continuing with this next week and we will let you know the results.
