10.11.18 Oakmere's Week

Oakmere have had a very busy week this week.

In Maths, we have been looking at money and the value of coins by making amounts with different combinations of coins.

In English, we used the book 'Where the Poppies now grow' as a stimulus to help us write our own poems about remembrance and life in World War 1.

In addition, we took inspiration from the art installation that used to be at the Tower of London to create our own Weeping Window.
