Hello and welcome to Linmere!

We are delighted to welcome you to our class and are looking forward to an exciting year ahead. We have planned lots of engaging learning opportunities and cannot wait to share them with you. Our curriculum map outlines the topics and key learning for each subject throughout the year, giving you a glimpse of the exciting journey ahead.

In Linmere, we will be developing lots of new knowledge and skills while continuing to practise and strengthen important essentials, such as our times tables, fluency in reading, and problem-solving strategies.

We will keep you updated on all of our learning through our weekly class blog, which will be shared on the school website. Please do take a look each week to see what we have been learning and celebrating.

A quick reminder that children should bring:

• A PE bag for Wednesdays and Thursdays
• A water bottle every day
