The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a big change to Data Protection Law, and came into force on May 25th 2018.
The Data Protection Lead in school is Mrs Amanda McFarland. This role is to implement GDPR procedures within school and liaise with the DPO. Right to Withdraw Consent
In circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. To withdraw your consent, please contact Mrs A McFarland in the school office. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.
Subject Access Requests
Subject access request forms are available by contacting the data protection lead on the details above. The email address is monitored regularly during holiday periods and lockdown closures.
