Good morning Blakemere,

I hope you are all keeping safe, well and dry from this wet weather!

Tomorrow marks the end of the summer term and what a strange year it has been. I feel very proud to have been your teacher. You have been a real pleasure to teach and it has been lovely getting to know every one of you. You are a brilliant class and deserve to do extremely well in the next steps of your educational journey.

I would like to wish lots of luck and my best wishes to Year 6 as you move to secondary school. You have all been fantastic and I will miss teaching you. Keep up all of your hard work and determination in secondary school, and I look forward to hearing of all your successes in the future.

I am very much looking forward to welcoming back our Year 5 children as you become Year 6’s in September!

I hope you all have an enjoyable and restful summer.
