Delamere Weekly Update 18th March 2016
Date: 18th Mar 2016 @ 3:46pm
What a busy week we have had with the highlight being our visit to Chester Zoo. I hope that you have all seen the pictures that I added to the gallery and you should find some more at the bottom of this blog. We had a wonderful day and learnt alot about animals in their habitats. I was extremely proud of the children's behaviour and we recieved lovely comments from members of the public about how polite and well mannered they all were. Well done!
In Maths we have been learning about fractions. Not an easy area of maths but all the children worked really hard. I hope that they have enjoyed completing their homeowrk on the new mymaths website.
We have continued our adventures under the sea in English and learned all aboout divers and the things that they will find beneath the surface. Well done to all the children that completed their homework about divers it has been a real help in their work this week.
Today we have found out about another explorer called Robert Falcon Scott. Can you child tell you anything about him?
I hope that you all have a wonderful weekend.
Thank you, Mrs Bettley.
