Delamere's Weekly Update 11.11.16

We have reached the end of another busy week.

In English we have finished our work on the book Toys in Space. The children have worked really hard to write their own versions of the story and I am looking forward to reading them over the weekend.

Our focus in maths has been basic addition and subtraction skills. We will be working on this further next week.

In our topic work we have been thinking about the suitability of materials for different jobs. This followed on from the work that the children completed over the holiday.

Today we have spent time reflecting about Remembrance Day and the children produced some lovely work, as you can see below.

As you know we are off to Norton Priory on Tuesday. I have attached the original letter that went out in case you have lost it. Please make sure your child has everything they need and that it is named.
