Hello Hatchmarians,

I hope you have enjoyed the little snow flurry we had this weekend.  Fingers crossed the children got outside to play and explore the snow.  We will be talking about Winter and the changes in the season.  I am glad we did  our Fire light story last week as it would have been too cold this week.  Thank you to all the parents and children who came to join us.  Those of you who were unable to come we are hoping to do one later in the year. 

Another lovely week in our class exploring Divali and the stories surrounding the celebration.  The children enjoyed creating their Diva lamps, dancing along to the Indian music and sharing the story of Rama and Sita. This week we are going to start looking at Christmas and Advent.  Please see the photographs below of this week and the planning for this week.
