Hatchmere's Weekly Information Blog 3/9/21

Next week in Hatchmere is all about an exploration of skills. Where are the children up to? What are their strengths? What are their likes and dislikes? The children will be taking part in a range of activities including: a maths scavenger hunt, making cakes, creating and completing an obstacle course, junk modelling, having a go on Balance Bikes and taking part in a birthday party role play.

Alongside these activities we will also be spending lots of time chatting with the children about their homes and families. Please can you send us photographs of everyone in your family (to be displayed within the classroom) and what makes each person special? Talking through the pictures with your child first will ensure that they are confident in their communications with us and their friends.

Can we also remind you to LABEL EVERYTHING (Inc. shoes, water bottles and P.E kits!) and only send your child in with a Book Bag NOT A BACKPACK; this is due to restricted space in our cloakroom.
