Linmere class blog 15/11/19

In Linmere this week, we have continued our work on ‘Queen Of The Falls’.  We have read more of book and have created fact files on Annie’s life. We also imagined that we are friends/spectators about to watch Annie perform her amazing stunt. We wrote descriptions from these 2 different viewpoints.

Maths

The year 4s focused on dividing and multiplying numbers by 9. The year 5s looked at identifying the common factors between 2 values. As a whole class, we finished by multiplying values by 1,10,100 and 1000.

In R.E, we continued to look at Christianity and looked at how symbols are used by Christians to show their beliefs.
