Linmere class blog 17/1/21

Another lockdown week done and well done to all those in school and at home. We know it is difficult at the moment but the amount and quality of work you have produced is really good.

This week in Linmere, we have worked through our money unit. In this unit, we have looked at ordering and comparing money, adding money and using pence and pounds. Our literacy work this week has been based around descrpitions, in particular using adverbials and interesting expanded noun phrases.

During topic this week, we have looked at the Qur'an, counties in the UK and punishment methods during the Tudor period. The children produced some really good work on Friday for the Tudors and drew some fantastic pictures. 

Lets keep up the good work and continue with the high effort levels.
