This week in Linmere

We have continued to look at Winsford’s link to the salt trade. This involved drawing Victorian houses that would have been present in Winsford during the salt mine boom.

In maths we have looked at subtracting numbers using the column method and mental methods. In literacy we have started to write our story based on the book Gorilla. Pupils have chosen an animal character and have created a plan based on a similar story.
