This week in Linmere, we have continued to look at our new literacy book. We have used the pictures in the book to create interesting expanded noun phrases and build up our vocabulary.

In maths, we have explored fractions and the key terminology linked to them. We have looked at equivalent fractions and simplifying/expanding fractions to find other equivalent fractions.  

We have also continued our work on World Rivers and the children located key international rivers from across the globe. In R.E, we finished our work on the Christmas story and looked at all the good news tied to this period.
