Linmere class blog 8/11/20

The first week back for the half-term has been really busy and we've had lots on this week.

On Tuesday, we worked with an artist as a class and we created wool flowers with a pattern inside. These flowers will be used to form a whole school piece of art which will be placed in the hall. With it being Rememberance Sunday this weekend, we also looked at why this occasion is important and we created some artwork of a solider.

In maths, we have looked at graphs and we had some really hard sessions on drawing graphs this week. We also looked at low times tables in preperation for the mulitplication unit coming up. For literacy, we looked at building our vocabulary, using SPAG appropriately and creating fronted adverbials.
