Linmere class blog 24.1.21

Another week in Linmere done and the children have been brilliant again. 

This week in Linmere, we looked at rounding decimals and estimating money. This maths topic saw the end to our money unit in which the children worked really well on. For literacy, we looked at adverbials and grouping ideas within a paragraph. 

Towards the end of the week, we looked at Victorian prisons and compared them to modern-day prisons. The children also created some really nice art work on Victorian prisons and Victorian letters. 

We're halfway through this half-term and the work has been brilliant so far, lets continue this into the next week.
