Well, that’s the end of the year – how has that happened?

It has been our absolute pleasure to teach Linmere this year. They’ve been a class full of memorable characters, and it’s been wonderful to see the progress they’ve made, not only in their learning, but also in their confidence, independence, and maturity.

We’ve had a fantastic final week, filled with parties and fun classroom activities. It’s also been an emotional one, as we said goodbye to our Year 6 friends in Blakemere. The children read their 'Guess Who' pieces beautifully at the Leavers’ Service in church today.

In our last class worship of the year, we had lots of achievements to celebrate:

Congratulations to Alyssia, who has been nominated as a Junior Safety Officer for next year, we know she’ll be brilliant in the role.
Well done to Evie, who won our final raffle prize of the year!

We also celebrated excellent attendance this term, congratulations to the following pupils who received certificates:

  • 96% Attendance: Sophia, Toby, Connie
  • 98% Attendance: Alyssia, Kira, Adelaide, Tyler, Hudson, Ava
  • 100% Attendance: Alice, George, Marley, Navannah, Keiya, Spencer

A special congratulations to Keiya, who also won an Amazon voucher in the attendance raffle!

Thank you all for your kind words, cards, and presents, they are truly appreciated.

Have a wonderful summer holiday, and we wish you the very best of luck in your class in September.
