Linmere's class blog 13/3/22

Linmere's week has been full of activities and the children have done lots of brilliant work. 

A highlight of the week was our joint reading session with Sandymere which tied to our class value of community. For this session, the children were paired with a child in year 1 and they both read a book together. All of the children were really engaged in this session and put lots of effort into doing some great reading.

During the rest of the week, we looked at forming complex to describe an island and we finished our work on bus stop division. We also looked at the impacts of flooding and how mobile phones have changed since the 1970s.
