Linmere's weekly blog 17.3.23

Linmere's week has been jam-packed with activities and the children have done lots of new and different things. 

During the week, the children created their food sclulptures ahead of next week when we will painting them. This involved them creating a mold out of newspapers and then applying the modroc over it. Lots of these sculptures look fantastic and the children put lots of hard work into these.  

Maths this week  has been focused around length and perimeter and children answered some tricky questions based around finding the perimeters of rectangles. A brilliant piece of work produced this week was the children's diary as Tranio (the main character from our book). The children formed some superb diaries containing lots of key skills and really put themselves in the character's shoes.
