Linmere's weekly blog 14/6/24

Hi, 

We've done lots of work again in Linmere and the children have worked hard. 

Over the week, we finally got chance to to make some circuits in our electricty  unit. The children were all very enthusiastic about this and created some brilliant circuits containing lots of different components. We also did lots of decimal work during the last couple of days and the children were challenged to work with thousandths, hundredths and tenths and convert fractions to decimals and vice versa. 

In literacy this week, we looked at planning our big write ahead of next week and the class had some time to revisit some of the key skills we've been looking at.
