Good afternoon, 

What a gorgeous week it has been amd the children's behaviour has been fantastic! As a result, wonderful learning has taken place. Every single child wrote and presented lovely poems on whales. We have also tackled the tricky topic of placing fractions on numberlines - once more the children excelled at it! Every one of us has reached our full potential and we couldn't be prouder of the work completed.

We enjoyed some PE lessons and we are also doing really well in the swimming sessions we have on a Wednesday. We had great fun in Science where the children had to use their knowledge of "Forces and Magnets" to exit the "stockroom" - Escape Room style. This created a lot of enthusiasm which was lovely to see.

The children now have their new reading record for the Summer term so please make sure you fill them in every time you read at home. A handful of children look set up to reach the top of the Gold ladder!
