We had a great week in Sandymere. Have a look at the pictures to see a small selection of all the learning that has taken place. 

Well done to everyone for their reading at home. I am looking forward to awarding the first set of reading stars on Monday. You do not need to read a full book every day. A few pages each day is absolutely brilliant. I am checking reading folders each day and we change books when needed. If your child has read a book once and comes home with the same one again it is because they have asked to keep that book. This is absolutely fine as it will build their confidence and improve their reading fluency.

Homework from next week will also include the use of NumBots alongside learning spellings and reading. I will be putting the login details for NumBots in their reading diary.
