I hope that you are all having a lovely weekend. 

We had a really good week in class learning about; addition and subtraction, how to use and to join words together, homes in the past, properties of materials and of course reading and spelling in phonics.

Our focus across the week has linked to Ant-Bullying week. By letting our light shine and putting into action our Christian values we can work together to make sure that bullying does not happen at our school. We explored the saying ‘one kind word leads to another’.

A huge well done to the first group of children who were awarded with their bronze reading star badge and certificate. This has been achieved through earning 10 reading star stamps. Everyone gets a reading star each week if they have read 4 or more times at home. Keep up the good work.
