Tattenhall Day 1

Hello from sunny Tattenhall!

We have enjoyed a great first day of our residential and everyone is happy. After settling into our rooms, we explored the grounds and had a play on the climbing wall and play area. This afternoon we had a great time on our activity called 'jungle camp' which taught us all about surviving in the jungle! We learnt 2 types of knot, how to make a shelter and also how to put up a hammock. Our shelters were then put to the test as our teacher threw a whole bucket of water over them! We were all very hungry by tea time and enjoyed our chicken curry or fish and chips followed by jelly and ice cream for afters!

We will check back in with you tomorrow after (hopefully!) a good night sleep for everyone!
