11.12.2016 - What a busy couple of weeks in Oakmere we've had!

Date: 11th Dec 2016 @ 7:36pm

We have had a busy couple of weeks in Oakmere where we have been learning about lots of fun and interesting things.

We have learnt how fossils are formed in sedimentary rock and made our very own mould and cast fossils in science. Next week, we shall be meeting Roger Rock and learning about how he becomes Simon Soil.

In Maths we have been exploring 2D and 3D shape, symmetry and angles. Next week, we shall begin to explore adding and subtracting fractions with the same denominator.

We have also produce some excellent writing in English. I have been particularly impressed with the character descriptions written for Kukulkan and Night Jaguar.

Well done Oakmere! Keep up the hardwork. I am very proud of you all.
