14.10.2016 - Oakmere - What a busy week we've had!

First of all can I congratulate the class for winning the attendance award this week. I am very proud of you all. Lets keep it up and fill our Oakmere attendance wall.

Preparations are coming along well for our Harvest Festival performance. We shall be singing 'It's Harvest and you know it' to the tune of If you're happy and you know it. Thank you to everyone who has donated biscuits.

We have produced some beautiful booklets in R.E. which look at descriptions of God. The children have written some thoughtful descriptions.

We are all thoroughly enjoying cricket with Mark on a Wednesday morning. I have seen some excellent progress being made with our catching and batting. Please make sure you have your outdoor P.E. kit in school.

Finally, Oakmere would like to wish Evelyn all the luck in the world as she moves to her new school.
