Over St. John's CE Primary School21.9.18 Delamere’s Update

Another busy week in Delamere. This week we have:
- Continued with our work on place value in maths.
- Read some more of Toys in Space making lots of predictions as we go.
- Found out about materials used to make things in the classroom.
- Created our own Hoctopize puppets.
- Delved further in our guided reading text, Back to Earth with a Bump. You will have seen the guided reading stamp in your child’s reading record. Guided reading takes place 4 times a week with a carousel of activities. This involves engaging with a text, answering questions, completing tasks to check understanding and reading aloud.
