30.3.16 Sandymere Learning Update

Can you believe that we are already at the end of the Spring term? The year seems to be whissing by!  Let's hope the summer term brings some warmer weather and some lovely sunshine.

This week has ben another short week but we have been as busy as ever.  We have been practising our bonds to 10 and 20 in maths and reinforcing mental addition and subtraction in maths.

In Literacy we have continued our baby development books and worked very hard on joining sentences using 'and'.

In topic the children have focussed their attentions on the desert and have looked at ordering key words alphabetically and some children have even begun to create their own desert glossary.  Don't forget to look at the DISCUSSION section under the pupil area of the website to add your own amazing facts.

Mrs Smith is looking forward to completing the little trucks the children have made on Thursday.
