A few more resources

Hi everyone,
I hope you are all well and having a good start to the week. In our house we have been doing quite a bit of baking since the weather turned a bit cooler. Today we made savoury muffins and they are delicious! Here is the recipe if you would like to ask a grown up at home to help you make them:
85g butter (melted)
275g plain flour
125g grated cheese
2 eggs
1 courgette grated
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
175ml milk
Then you simply mix the flour, baking powder, grated cheese, baking powder and grated courgette together in a bowl. In a jug, use a fork to mix the eggs, milk and melted butter (don’t worry if the butter goes hard and lumpy again at this point!). Next, add the contents of the jug to your bowl of dry ingredients and mix it all together with a spoon. Finally, use a metal spoon to spoon out the mixture into a greased muffin tray (or you can use paper cases first if you have them) – there will be enough mixture to make 12 muffins. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes and voila! Make sure you let them fully cool before attempting to take them out of the tray/paper cases. Enjoy!
