A message for Oakmere

Hello Oakmere (adults and children)

Congratulations- you have survived your first week of home learning! We hope you are all keeping well during these strange and difficult times. We hope your first week at home has been enjoyable and you have spent lots of time outside learning in the sunshine.

We are sure it has been interesting at home this week adjusting to new routines and it has been just as interesting for us too.  We have spent time at home looking after our own families and completing their home learning with them! We have also been updating the home learning tab of our class page with new activities for you to try. We hope you have found these activities useful.

For parents: home learning can be tricky, especially when you have children of different ages or you are trying to work from home yourself! So please don't worry too much about the home learning. This is a new and strange situation for all of us so it is about what works best for you and your family. 

We will continue to add some more activities to the website when we come across anything we think you will enjoy or find useful - it has been strange not seeing 29 faces every day!
