Blakemere Class - 23.10.20

What a brilliant week we have had in Blakemere!

We have enjoyed our cricket and football sessions this week. It was great to see the children taking part so well!

In English, we have planned, written and edited magazine articles based on Black Heroes and raising awareness of racial discrimination. The children have worked extremely hard on their writing.

In Maths, we have multiplied numbers by 10, 100 and 1000, and have looked at multiples and factors.

In Science, we have completed our unit of work based on properties and changes of materials.

Throughout the week, the children have worked hard to create their PowerPoints based on The Early Islamic Civilisation of Baghdad. I have been very impressed by their effort and hard work.

 

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent as class teacher of Blakemere. The children have wowed me with their hard work and determination.  I look forward to continuing to work with both Blakemere and Linmere children, after half term.

 

Have a wonderful break and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
