I can't quite believe we are at the end of our second to last week as Blakemere 2024. Only one more week to go....

We have achieved so much again this week:

• We have continued to explore perimeter in Maths and find the length of missing sides before being able to calculate the perimeter,
• In English, we have continued to explore the text, Shakleton's Journey, and have made predictions based on an image and started to explore formal and informal language.
• In RE, we have started to look at the first pillar of Islam in more detail and explored how it is the declaration of their faith. We also explored our own beliefs and where they come from.
• We have also created our own species in Science and then classified themb ased on their characteristics.
• The Year 6 play is looking fab and we are excited to share it all with you.
