What a busy week for all it has been in Blakemere. Year 6s, you have done it!!! You have worked incredibly hard this week and I am so incredibly proud of you. Our wonderful Year 5 children have also been incredibly supportive so thank you to you.

We have also finished off our week we a lovely trip to Winsford Town Park. The children initially spent some time drawing the salt crystal statues which link to our history topic about the salt industry in Winsford. Next week, we shall be using this sketches to apply the skills in art that we have learnt.

When we returned to school, we also played a game of hunt the hoodie. Our Year 6 children now have their Leavers' hoodies to wear and they look fabulous.
