Happy New Year everyone! 
We have had a very busy first week back continuing out work about The Owl who was Afraid of the Dark and money. 
Money is proving quite a tricky topic so please take time to engage with this half term's maths homework. All the information you need is on our class homework and maths page on this website. 
We are also working really hard to improve our spellings of Key Year 2 and some Year 1 words. I have sent information home about this and more will be following. There is also lots of information on our class homework and spelling pages. 
I forgot to take any pictures this week but I promise they will return on another blog very soon.
