I am so impressed with the progress the children are making with their writing skills. We are working hard to use and, because and noun phrases in our sentences. We are also thinking carefully about our spelling and handwriting.

In maths we have been applying our knowledge to solve problems.

We have been getting ready for our visit to Nantwich, which is next Friday, by identifying the physical and human features of the town.

The Fire of Nantwich art work looks brilliant on display in the classroom.

In RE we are learning about Judaism. Our big question is What do Jews believe about God? As part of this we have been exploring the story of Joseph that is found in the Torah. We will be adding our information around this amazing coat that we made as a whole class.

Finally, our harvest collection box is looking a little empty. The letter that came home asked for our class to send in custard, rice pudding, sponge pudding (tinned) etc. However, donations of any of the items on the letter will be very gratefully received. A copy of the letter can be found by clicking here.
