Well that was a windy end to the week! 

In English we have been looking at Night Poetry and allowing ourselves to wonder about the ideas in the poems, using our wonderful writing skills to write a variety of questions. We also explored adding the suffix -ing to words. 

In Maths this week we have been using our super presentation skills to master some new methods for addition. Amazing work Delamere! We will continue this next week using our rainbows and smiles to solve subtraction problems.

In other areas of the curriculum we have explored words of wisdom from the bible and created our own words of wisdom in RE, created the final design for our owl puppets in DT, looked at an artist called Xgaoc'o X'are from Botswana and studied his style and inspiration in Art and practised balances in gymnastics and throwing skills in outdoor PE.

Our big WELL DONE this week goes to our Numbot champions Kalvin, Oliver and Reuben. A letter will come home today with login details. Please keep them somewhere safe and get playing!
