Head Teacher Blog: Friday 30th April 2021

We have had another busy week in school as the children continue to work hard and enjoy their learning. They continue to impress me with how well they are coping in these difficult times and how they follow all of our COVID restrictions in school with no fuss at all. We are no doubt looking forward to the continued relaxation of restrictions nationally but for now, schools continue with the most current guidance that was issued prior to school reopening on 8th March and updated on 6th April, as there have been no changes to this for us yet. As such, please may I remind all adults who drop off and collect each day to only be around the premises for your allotted times (unless you have siblings in different classes). A couple of adults have commented to me this week that it has been getting busier at the front of school and it makes it difficult to socially distance as people try to weave their way around people when dropping off and picking up. If you would like a reminder of our COVID plan, it is freely available on our website. Thank you.
