We have had another lovely week in Linmere! 

In maths we have been tackling 2 step word problems, using the helpful RUCSAC method to assist us with our calculations.

In English we have been revisiting instruction writing and will be writing up our own set of instructions this coming week.  

On Thursday, we had lots of fun making our own roundhouses, using clay, hay and straws. Thank you very much to Eden for providing the hay! Lily and Selina worked particularly well together and created a super design. As a result, Lily was voted our Worker of the Week.

Additionally, thank you to Emilia for bringing in her wonderful fossil collection. We were all thrilled to be able to see & touch real fossils! It made learning about Mary Anning all the more fascinating.

Mrs Starsiak and myself are looking forward to meeting you all on Tuesday/Wednesday for Parents' Evening.
