Linmere have had another busy week!

In Maths, we have been focusing on Area. On Friday, the Year 5's enjoyed carrying out practical activities in order to study Volume. We are now looking forward to learning about Statistics over the next two weeks.

In English, we carried on reading the book, Escape from Pompeii by Christina Balit. We are building up to writing our own recounts by the end of next week.

In Science, we are continuing to learn all about light.  We have been having great fun carrying out lots of different types of light experiments to further increase our knowledge and understanding of the topic.
