Another week in Linmere done and step closer to Christmas. 

This week in Linmere, we finished our unit of poetry on the lost property office. For this, the children created a list poem on items lost at an airport and formed rhyming sentences. For our maths, we looked at prime numbers and ratio problems. 

In our topic, we have looked at people who live in the Sahara desert and how their lives differ from ours. The children developed a list of items they would pack for an adventure in the Sahara as part of this. We also created Christmas cards and looked at linking this to our textiles work.
