We’re beginning to feel very festive in Linmere.

We all had a great time at the pantomime, which was great fun. The pupils highlight of the performance was a chaotic version of 12 days of Christmas, with flying toilet rolls and beach balls. The pupils all enjoyed the experience and were well behaved. Also thank you to all who donated items for hampers and for our Christmas Extravaganza. Thank you to all who came and supported this great event.

We’re having extra singing practise, ready for the carol concert on Thursday afternoon. Please remember to collect your child from St Johns Church on Thursday. We also have Christmas lunch on Wednesday and the Christmas disco Wednesday evening.

In English this week pupils have been writing letter with fantastic choice of vocabulary.

In History we’ve learnt about key people who converted the Anglo-Saxons to Christianity.

The pupils all enjoyed designing and making their own instruments in science.

 

Reminder that PE is on Monday.

 

Well done to Connie for winning the raffle prize.
