Linmere's class blog 1.10.23

Linmere has been a busy place this week.

During the week, we have looked at counting in sequences and the children have been challenged by a range of problems relating to this. We also looked at using facts from Amazon rainforest and making these into interesting and exciting sentences. 

A tough lesson for the children this week was looking at the Seven Summits and the children were challenged to find these using an atlas and then place them on a map. The children were then inspired later on when we heard that several people had managed to climb all seven points.
