Linmere's class blog 13/5/22

Date: 13th May 2022 @ 1:50pm

Linmere have worked extremely hard once again this week and have really cracked on with the activities given to them.

This week in maths, the year 4 and 5 children were split due to having different objectives. The year 5s did some brilliant work on converting improper and mixed number fractions whilst the year 4s did some work on tenths. Both groups worked extremely hard and managed with the slightly disrputed schedule.

On Thursday, the children also did some brilliant history work on stone age cave paintings. They all learnt how these painting were made and what they tell us about the stone age people; as a follow up they then created their own artwork based from these paintings.

Have a nice weekend and enjoy the sun whilst it's out.
