Linmere's class blog 27/6/21

It's been another good week in Linmere and we've got through lots of work.

This week, we have continued our work on fractions and we looked at adding and subtracting fractions whilst recapping short division and column multiplication. In literacy, we continued our work on our book  (Blue John) and the children created some brilliant paragraphs describing the setting in a cave and a short action scene.

In topic this week, we continued our work on mountains and the children acted as travel agents and told people whether they should visit a mountain or not. We also started our work on exodus story in R.E  and children retold a shortened version of this story.
