Lots of good work has been done in Linmere this week. 

In Maths, the children learnt how to divide numbers using the bus stop method. The children worked hard to grasp this tricky concept and have been able to apply this to a range of numbers. Literacy this week involved the children looking at subordinate conjunctions and how to add extra information to sentences. Lots of pupils managed to add different types of  conjunctions to their work and worked hard to create a variety of sentences linked to this. 

During the rest of the week, the children started their work on Hinduism and then created some brilliant fact files on Sparta and Athens in history.
