Linmere's weekly blog 12/7/24

We've got through another week in Linmere and we've managed to finish lots of topics over the last couple of days. 

In literacy, we finished looking at relative clauses and formed some descriptive sentences on the astronaut Chris Hadfield. We also looked at triangles and parallel/perpendicular lines this week and the children were brilliant at recognising these and drawing them. 

A standout lesson was science this week and this involved the children investigating  which materials were conductors and insulators of electricity. All pupils did really well in this and ended up testing out some of their own materials.
