Linmere's weekly blog 21/6/24

Linmere have had a brilliant week and the children have worked incredibly hard over the last few days.

During the week, the children got to showcase all their literacy learning from the year by writing their very own Greek myth. They worked exceptional hard in these lessons and everyone created their own myth which was full of year 4 and 5 writing skills.

The children also did some good maths work on comparing and ordering decimals and some of them even started applying this knowledge to SATS style questions. They also particularly enjoyed our electricity lesson which was linked to forming complete circuits. In this session, the children had to predict whether the circuit would light up a bulb and then make the circuit to check.
