Linmere's weekly blog 2/7/22

Linmere have had a brilliant week once again and have done lots of different activities.

To start with I just want to say well done to all the children for the hard-work they put in on sports day. It was fantastic that they finally got to do a KS2 sports day and they all seemed to have a good time. 

During the rest of the week, we continued to look at our book 'Varmints' which is all based around the environment. As part of this work, we created some descrpitions of a nice, countryside setting and then created some cityscapes within our art lesson. In maths, we have started our work on percentages and the children began to undertsand how to convert fractions and decimals to percentages.
