Good afternoon,

Here is to the end of another week! The children have been busy producing some gorgeous work in English, we are very impressed with so many of the children who are chosing to go above and beyond the work expected from them, whether it's producing more than asked, working on fabulous handwriting and presentation or challenging themselves beyong what they have done so far. The efforts they are putting in is really showing and many members are mentioning how impressed they are of Oakmere's work! Keep it up children.

Today, the children celebrated Science Week, creating Moon dial and poster all about Space, I'm sure they'll be telling you all about it tonight!

In D&T, they have painted their designs on fabric, ready for sewing next week! Exciting times!

We have also celebrated self-esteem week, we have discussed different strategies they can use to tell them or each other - that could form an interesting conversation over the weekend at home.
